Almond Ricotta

This is a versatile recipe - change the seasoning to change the flavor, and it can be used as a topping, a filling, or stirred into sauces to add richness and depth.

Ingredients


3/4 Cup water

1 tsp lemon juice

1 tsp kosher salt

1 tsp garlic powder

1 Tbsp nutritional yeast

2 Cups Almond flour


Combine all ingredients in a blender, and process until smooth and well combined. Store in the refrigerator and use for up to 7 days.
