Growing up, I learned about food as a way to bring people together. Now, I bring people together, and teach them how to take care of their health in fun and creative ways!
With over 25 years of creative culinary experience, I instruct classes in the science and philosophy behind food, and train cooks, young and old, how to make healthful, nutritious meals exciting and delicious!
I believe in food philosophy, and asking questions that make better, healthier chefs. I pass on the lessons that I have learned, because when you learn about food, cooking becomes fun. When cooking is fun, then eating healthy, nutritious food becomes easy.
